Every Go Clean YYC service has a defined scope. Additional services can be selected when your home needs work outside that standard scope.
Standard Cleaning
$0.14/sq ft
Routine maintenance cleaning for homes that are already maintained regularly.
Deep Cleaning
$0.24/sq ft
Detailed removal of dirt, dust, residue and buildup throughout the agreed cleaning scope.
Pre-Listing Cleaning
$0.27/sq ft
The same detailed cleaning scope as Deep Cleaning, plus an included Presentation Package for listing presentation.
Move-In / Move-Out
$0.34/sq ft
Cleaning for empty or substantially emptied properties during a move.
Post-Construction
$0.34/sq ft
Cleaning focused on normal construction and renovation dust.
Airbnb / Short-Term Rental
$45 base + $15/bedroom + $15/bathroom
Guest-ready turnover cleaning with normal bed and linen reset.
Standard Cleaning
Standard Cleaning is intended for routine maintenance rather than a detailed reset.
Deep Cleaning
Deep Cleaning provides a more detailed reset and is recommended for first-time service or homes needing additional attention.
Glass & Induction Stovetops
Normal detailed cleaning of glass-top and induction stovetops is included with Deep Cleaning.
If you are booking a Deep Cleaning for a glass or induction stovetop, do not select the $45 Stovetop Deep Clean extra.
The $45 Stovetop Deep Clean extra is primarily intended for gas ranges, coil elements, removable burner pieces, drip pans and accessible buildup beneath removable or lift-up stovetop components.
Standard Cleaning only includes normal routine stovetop wiping.
Pre-Listing Cleaning
Pre-Listing Cleaning includes the same detailed dirt, dust, buildup and residue-removal scope as Deep Cleaning, plus a Presentation Package for finishing touches before listing photos or showings.
The Presentation Package is included in the Pre-Listing price of $0.27/sq ft, compared with Deep Cleaning at $0.24/sq ft. It includes straightening existing bedding, pillows, cushions and throws and a final presentation walkthrough, but not changing bedding, professional staging or guaranteed photography results. Permanent staining, damage and wear may remain.
Additional Rooms
Home offices, home gyms, playrooms, entertainment rooms, game rooms, craft rooms, libraries, music rooms and similar specialty-use rooms receive the same basic room scope regardless of which cleaning service you book.
Additional Room Detailed Cleaning — $30/room
Choose this extra when a specialty-use room requires detailing beyond the basic room scope listed above.
Additional Services
Blinds
4-Foot Size Limit
Standard blind pricing applies to blinds measuring approximately 4 feet or less.
Blinds larger than 4 feet may require additional time, handling or equipment and must be quoted separately.
Please contact Go Clean YYC before your appointment or leave a note in your booking if you have oversized blinds so we can provide a quote.
Laundry
Bedding & Linen Laundry — $30/load
Laundry may include approved household bedding and linens such as:
- • Bed sheets and fitted sheets
- • Pillowcases
- • Duvet covers
- • Bedspreads
- • Mattress protectors
- • Bed skirts
- • Other normal machine-washable bedding
When bedding is being laundered, the service may include removing the bedding from the bed, washing and drying it, and remaking the bed with the cleaned bedding once it is ready.
Bed remaking is subject to the laundry being fully washed and dried within the scheduled appointment time.
Clothing & Towel Laundry — $40/load
May include towels, normal clothing and other approved machine-washable household laundry.
Personal or intimate garments are not handled unless discussed with and approved by Go Clean YYC in advance.
Laundry Equipment & Detergent
All laundry is completed using the client's washing machine and dryer and the client's detergent or laundry products available at the property.
Go Clean YYC does not carry or supply laundry detergent.
Airbnb Laundry
Normal turnover linen laundry may be included in the applicable Airbnb turnover scope.
The host/property must provide a working washing machine, dryer, sufficient laundry detergent or products, and enough linens and towels for the scheduled turnover.
Go Clean YYC does not carry detergent for Airbnb or short-term rental turnovers.
Extra Work During an Appointment
Additional work may be requested, but all extra work must be approved by Go Clean YYC before it is completed and is subject to available appointment time.
A request made directly to the Cleaner does not automatically add that task to the Authorized Scope.
Please give us as much notice as possible before your appointment if you want additional work.
Advance notice helps us confirm pricing, schedule enough time and make sure the Cleaner has any supplies or equipment needed.
Same-day requests may not be completed if sufficient time is not available.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is GST included?
Your review page shows the cleaning subtotal, 5% GST and GST-inclusive total. Your 25% deposit is calculated from that total.
What happens to my deposit?
The deposit is applied against your full invoice. The remaining balance stays owing on that invoice.
Does Deep Cleaning include every extra?
No. Oven interiors, fridge/freezer interiors, detailed baseboards, wall cleaning, windows, blinds and other selectable services remain separate unless specifically stated otherwise.
Can every mark or stain be removed?
No. Permanent staining, damage, wear, paint defects, mineral buildup and material discoloration may remain after cleaning.
Service Concerns & Communication
Go Clean YYC welcomes reasonable concerns regarding work completed and asks that genuine service issues be communicated clearly so they can be reviewed.
Cleaning results vary depending on condition, age, material, staining, damage, wear, buildup, accessibility and maintenance history.
Go Clean YYC reserves the right to discontinue service or direct communication when interactions become harassing, abusive, threatening, excessively adversarial, or involve repeated unreasonable demands outside the agreed cleaning scope.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through normal communication, further correspondence may be limited to written communication and the matter may be addressed through appropriate formal dispute resolution or civil proceedings if necessary.
This policy does not prevent a client from raising a legitimate concern regarding the service they received.
